What is Fruit Million?

On Monday, the Gambling Regulators European Forum (GREF) announced a reshuffle of its board following the departure of two long-standing members and the appointment of two new officers.

GREF is a cooperative network bringing together national gambling regulators across Europe and beyond to facilitate dialogue, exchange information and share best practice on regulatory strategies. 

Tim Miller, who resigned from the UK Gambling Commission earlier this year, has stepped down from the GREF board and has relinquished his role as treasurer.

The deal, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to be finalised later in 2026.

With the addition of OmniLogic, the supplier expects to “add proven technology, specialist expertise and established customer partnerships that complement our existing capabilities and strengthen our global business”.

While representation remains important, Yaxley warns that many companies still mistake headcount for inclusion.

“One of the biggest misconceptions is that DEI can be measured by representation alone,” she says. “Representation matters, but it’s only one part of the picture.”

For her, the real test is whether employees have equal access to development, promotion and leadership opportunities, rather than simply being hired.
